Commission is a fee charged by Armaiti Mex for executing transactions and it applies to each commodity that is purchased or sold.

This fee covers the costs associated with the operating trades on Armaiti Mex. The final step of transaction is a requirement for sellers and buyers to pay the commission under the following circumstances:

- According to the Terms and Conditions of Armaiti Mex, the commission is to be paid after the closing of transaction on the trading system.

- Only the commodities that are subject to commission payment are traded in Armaiti Mex. No commission is paid unless the transaction actually closes.

- In general, commission is a portion of trade value of any executed transaction, which is determined based on the agreement between Armaiti Mex and other parties, for each specific transaction.

- The seller and the buyer shall pay full commission to Armaiti Mex at the end of a trading session according to TC, then LOI is issued for parties to carry out the physical transaction.

- There is no possibility to change the deadline for commission payment. If -due to whatever reason- parties and/or even one party does not pay the commission, Armaiti Mex will not proceed the transaction and non-performing party is liable for damages.
