Deposit Instructions

- According to Armaiti Mex instruction, paying a refundable bid deposit is a crucial part of the process that all buyers are required to pay.

- Bidders should be aware of any deposit terms and conditions that apply. All bidders must register at Armaiti Mex before paying the bid deposit.

- The bid deposit is typically 1% of the sale price.

- Before the transaction, the bidder shall pay the deposit and the receipt must be sent to deposite@armaitimex.com .

- The bid deposit must be received by Armaiti Mex according to the timeline, then a deposit certificate must be issued via Trading System to confirm the payment.

- If bidders ultimately do not participate in the transaction or lose the bidding, the deposit will be fully refunded to them with the exception of processing fee.

- In case the bidders want to participate in another transaction, bid deposit will be saved in the wallet. The bid deposit refund will automatically be processed within 7 business days after the close of the transaction. Please note, there are no exceptions.

- Bid deposit qualifies buyers to bid on one commodity in the Trading System.

- If buyers win a transaction but do not buy the commodity, for whatever reason, the bid deposit which is forfeited to the seller and buyer account will be suspended.

- In case bidders have not received the refund in 7 business days, they shall contact our Customer Service Department at refunds@armaitimex.com.
